MSR Services’ call system tracks all calls and automatically follows up to ensure that the service call was completed to our client’s satisfaction. As part of this tracking system, we regularly contact facilities from our maintenance area to ensure there are no outstanding issues we need to address. Maintenance calls are handled within thirty minutes. Our high level of service demonstrates we are a management company committed to guaranteeing all of our clients the best possible customer experience.

Additionally, improvement work can be handled through Commercial Construction Associates, our licensed general contractor.
