Howard Duvall

Howard Duvall founded Duvall Investment Group, Inc. in 1983 and Commercial Real Estate Company, Inc. in 2000. His 38 years of successful real estate development experience includes expertise in high-rise buildings, including multifamily and office projects.

Prior to founding Duvall Investment Group, Howard Duvall was President and Partner of Little & Company/Little Construction Company, Inc.; President and Owner of Huaca, Inc./Huaca Development, Inc.; Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Northwestern Financial Investors/Northwestern Advisory Corporation; and Vice President and Managing Partner of John R. Maddox and Associates Real Estate Development (The Colony Ltd.).

Howard Duvall has been involved as developer/principal for numerous projects, including apartments and condominiums, residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions, office building renovations, shopping centers, and mixed-use projects in North Carolina communities including Charlotte, the Triangle, Lenoir, Goldsboro, Asheville, Asheboro and in Charleston, SC.
